One-week observation mission to assess whether there was a possibility to initiate collaboration with the local hospital CoRSU.
A training course followed in October 2019 by local operator Christine Tusiime.

February 2018 and February 2019
Two missions carried out one year later in the Pediatrics of Kimbondo.
After careful analysis, in agreement with the local managers, some priority objectives were identified for optimizing the management of the department.
